Sounds from the radio are ominous “Two gates of the overflowing dam to be opened”.
The motorists see water gushing their way. End of hope.

Yes. For Kerala, it seems to have become an annual issue. Hopefully, we’ll able to reduce the severity in the coming years.

It is based on a situation nearby. Vehicles are lined up on the highway. The dam water did not take away the cars though. That is fictional add-on.
