The moon crashed with a thud tonight, and clouds murmured secrets from other worlds through whispering windows on Earth.
I was lucky enough to catch a piece of the moon and stash it away in the drawer for dark nights.
I can hear its silent screams, asking for release. The broken moon in the sky looks lonely.
message from the sky
naughty clouds knock once again
pine for the Full Moon
Reena, what an amazingly dark write!

You are right about the darkness. The protagonist here can be termed wicked. Thank you, David!

Oh such delightful prose. I was stimulated by hiding a sliver of the moon. The haiku was gorgeous too.💖
