circadian rhythm awake and arise serotonin sunshine if you are well rested the day begins well the body clock has a way early to bed early to rise makes a person healthy and wise current lifestyles do not agree with this maxim, unsurprised entrainment is a habit and habits are hard to set it takes twenty one days to make only one day to break infinite scrolling; same wavelength circadian rhythm awake and arise serotonin sunshine if you are well rested the day begins well
In lieu of belated World Sleep Day (March 17), I present a poem adhering to the prompts for Reena’s Xploration Challenge #272.

I have trouble falling asleep just as the next person…social media is often to blame for it. Gone are the days when I could sleep early and wake early…as we grow older we set our own routines be it good or bad.
