being the muse
feeding imagination
immortalized in paint
artists’ inspiration
dressed in evening clothes
standing by the sea
is not what both of us
set out to be
I love frolicking
with my furry friend
without a care
salty waves and froth
refreshing minds
messing up hair
We wait for an era, where
video cameras abound
capturing us in motion
expressions and sound
waving to meet the sky
not glued to the ground
The image chosen is Peder Severin Krøyer, Summer Evening at Skagen. The Artist’s Wife and Dog by the Shore at dVerse Poetics today
Well its tough being the muse of the artist at that time.

Oh… I think that it may have been a bit cold for frolicking in the waves actually 🙂

An interesting take on the image. I imagine it wasn’t fun to pose (and well, she did leave him. . .) 😏

We are making assumptions on what happened outside the picture.
