I’m not languishing, I’m dormant ….. by Lady Lee

I’m not languishing, I’m dormant
Not shimmering but limp
Hollow feeling without warning
Please don’t call me a wimp
One day I’ll wake up and meander
Act and never a bystander
One day I’ll wake
One day I’ll wake
Flourish and lace with my candour
I’m not languishing, I’m dormant
All things transpire, I’m blue
Some sweet carress in the morning
Of course, with coffee brew
Stow away the hurt and pain
And with that, no need to explain
Stow away
Stow away
I’ll be up and as bright as rain
I’m not languishing, I’m dormant
Just having a breather
Just wait for one day life’s soaring
And of course a pleasure
Be patient and we’re rewarded
Problems and hindrances sorted
Be patient
Be patient
Garden full of rose and orchid*
