How often have you heard the following words,
We respect women.
We encourage women.
We hold women in high regards. After all, you created us.
Think about it. Were you involved, when a small or big decision was taken. Were you consulted?
What would you like to be – a goddess, influencer, change-maker, decision-maker? What gives you real power?
Your decision-making powers indicate your real place in the family or organisation.
Anything else is hogwash, an eyewash to make you think you are appreciated.
