Reena’s Exploration Challenge #164

Reena’s Exploration Challenge #164

Welcome to the last month of 2020! We’ve all hoped it ends soon, and I hope all of us are ending it on a note of hope.

I throw open a question, before netizens take a break for the holidays.

How can we change the format of this Challenge in 2021? I intend to continue with the title “Exploration Challenge” as it is. Content and themes are open to change.

Let me have your views in the Comments.

PROMPT #164

We hadn’t done a picture prompt for quite sometime, so here it is

The piece you generate can be fiction, poetry, essay, art, photographs or anything else that your creativity brings forth.

Last, but not least, don’t forget to tag the post “Reena’s Exploration Challenge” for easy location in the blog roll.

  1. My thoughts Reena

Reena’s Exploration Challenge #164 – After it was Over.

I think our prompts evolve as we go along. You like to think you give your writers something to think about each week, challenge them in ways that invite varying responses and I think you do that so very well each week. I do understand feeling that you need to change in some way, I have the same feelings with the prompts I set.
But you do a great job Reena, your prompts are always a challenge for me.

    1. Wishes on fire, see my words just burn
Heat not touching you, you don’t turn

You saw the moon in me, just a while ago
Does charm disappear -it’s my concern

I’d stashed away all your pain with care
It wounds me deep, yet I can’t unlearn

I waited for you, for aeons long ago
Yet love loses, my grudges return

Is it the only way left to meet you now?
      Whose recommendations make you yearn?

  3. I’ve been participating for quite a bit and what I find most interesting is that you really provide unique subject matter to contemplate. Not sure that I would suggest changing anything about the format! I guess my question would be, why are you thinking it needs it?
