On the cards

“Are the social media posts ready?”

“Yes. Are you sure all should be released at the same time?”

“Listen carefully now. The posts will be released from different accounts within an hour, and the team to engage on the posts needs to get active immediately. You will get the cue, as soon as news starts breaking out on news channels and other media.”

She did whatever she was asked to do. 

She watched the news and wondered how they knew it before hand.

The action was preplanned, and a follow up strategy on the cards.

After a week of slogging on the project, she returned home and looked at her friends and family with pity. How gullible had they been in lapping up every word of a premeditated, cold-blooded drama….
