We lost two actors within 24 hours, in the last two days.
Irrfaan Khan
His international projects were The Warrior (2001), The Namesake (2006), The Darjeeling Limited (2007), the Academy Award winning film Slumdog Millionaire (2008), New York, I Love You (2009), The Amazing Spider-Man (2012), Life of Pi (2012), Jurassic World (2015) and Inferno (2016).
We lost him to neuro-endocrine tumors in the brain.
Rishi Kapoor
He was an actor and son of the legendary Raj Kapoor. Those familiar with old Indian cinema may have heard of Raj Kapoor.
Kapoor was suffering from leukaemia for the last two years.
As per the new normal, permission was granted to 20 members to participate in the funeral. The participants had to bid goodbye to the grieving family at the funeral spot, soon after. No gathering was allowed at their residence. Their fans had to pay homage while watching the coverage on television.
The paparazzi had a tough time recognizing those 20, who were all dressed in white with masked faces. The Kapoors have been known for extravagant bashes and celebrations, all along. None could have imagined this kind of a farewell to a scion of the Kapoor clan.
PROMPT #133
Use the phrase
outlasting the fickleness of fame….
…in your piece.
You can wrote about any celebrity or someone you admired, or how you would like to chalk out a dream life for yourself. You can be philosophical about the concept, and use it in an abstract manner. Examples from nature or mythology can also be taken.

Death is the reality and we should accept it with positive mindset as no one can replace the pain of losing your loved ones but we can always remember them in good time memories etc.

I saw Mr Khan in the film “Puzzle”–which I thought was great, and I liked his character…he was also very handsome. I’m sorry the world lost him, is mourning his passing. Thanks for the new prompt, which sounds intriguing–I’m sorry I was unable to do your last one (due to time/energy constraints”.

Thank you, Rhen!
I’m facing the same constraints. Have spent very little time here in the last week.

In their own ways, yes… But one had a starry background, and another made it with NSD experience.
