His international projects were The Warrior (2001), The Namesake (2006), The Darjeeling Limited (2007), the Academy Award winning film Slumdog Millionaire (2008), New York, I Love You (2009), The Amazing Spider-Man (2012), Life of Pi (2012), Jurassic World (2015) and Inferno (2016). 

We lost him to neuro-endocrine tumors in the brain.

He was an actor and son of the legendary Raj Kapoor. Those familiar with old Indian cinema may have heard of Raj Kapoor.

Kapoor was suffering from leukaemia for the last two years.

As per the new normal, permission was granted to 20 members to participate in the funeral. The participants had to bid goodbye to the grieving family at the funeral spot, soon after. No gathering was allowed at their residence. Their fans had to pay homage while watching the coverage on television.

The paparazzi had a tough time recognizing those 20, who were all dressed in white with masked faces. The Kapoors have been known for extravagant bashes and celebrations, all along. None could have imagined this kind of a farewell to a scion of the Kapoor clan.
