Does anybody know the age of the Sun? For how long has the fireball maintained its intensity?
It’s not easy being an indispensable source of energy. It has to work even when the fire is not visible to the human eye. It lives, walks and delivers – in some other part of the world, but never stops.
I’m fascinated, but know that getting too close will burn me. All I can do is worship, and speculate.
look at me, Sun God
give me a ray of your light
it might help me live
when the world turns dark, and eyes
can’t see – the internal glow
Excellent.

I agree with Suzette! This poem hits home right now as my mother is going blind. I wonder if she can tell the difference between a sunny and cloudy day now that darkness is becoming her norm.

Darkness hits in different ways at different times. Hope there is a cure for her.

No cure. They are just trying to stop the progression. Thanks.
