Professionalism

Whatever you term as rich experience also means that you have a mind of your own. We don’t really need people who can tell us what we should do. We have it all chalked out, and just need people to implement it. Efficient rookies you know, who can put themselves out on the block for us … after all we will give them an early retirement corpus with employee stock options. They are expected to understand which side of the bread is buttered.

We know what the stock market needs, and consistently deliver on that. Ethics … what is that?
