Fair, not kind

A hand that protects

and gifts

flowing abundance

cannot be contained

by ceilings of

clocks and calendars

nor compelled to choose

one path

from two or more

A will

that reigns supreme

above pettiness

and sees

the larger good

in random acts

of fairness

not kindness

a dream unfulfilled.
