The crash of wave and snap of sail sung to her. It would have been an idyllic state of being, if she knew where she was.
But hold on, didn’t the anonymity and being lost add to the charm? She had wanted to get away from everything for so long. And here she was on a float, somewhere in the middle of the ocean. She vaguely remembered falling off the deck from the cruise they were on, after a bitter fight with her paramour. It was fine with her. She will enjoy floating in unknown territory as long as she lived. And that wouldn’t be very long…..
The world on the shore was glued to news channels.
“Actress Noyonika jumps off the ship. Reason unknown…. Beau distraught…”
Only she knew that she had been poisoned. He made it look like an accident.
