Welcome to Week 15!
I am about to embark on a wellness coaching program for cancer patients, and attended an introductory training program. They have research-backed data that the root cause for all kinds of cancer is some kind of repression – due to a fear, social conditioning or upbringing. We are told that only certain things are acceptable or right, and it paralyzes us when we wish to do something different.
Trauma is about being stuck. Sometimes a holding pattern becomes habitual, causing tension and ill health.
We understand our lives backward, but must live them forward – Kirkegaard
Here’s the prompt for this week.
The creative freedom about formats is all yours. Feel free to devise a new format, if it enables better expression. There are no restrictions on the size of post or last date either. Feel free to join in, whenever the urge strikes.
