He has suffered the abusive language of the boss for fifteen years now. There were moments when he felt like quitting, but consoled himself by thinking that there were many like him. All knew that the returns at the end of the year would be fabulous. And no other company would pay them the astronomical amounts they earn here.

The device screens are flooded with offers to apply for Canadian PR. The exodus has begun. He has made a decent pile in fifteen years with ESOPs, and now, it is time to migrate. Hell with the b—–d boss!
