Oh My God! Why did Lily have to be so over-the-top with her declarations of love?

I remembered that it was Valentine’s Day, and the boy on the street was coaxing me to buy red roses.

They reminded me of blood, and my choked arteries, as I hid the angiography report in the drawer.
